Is LLB only for weight loss?
No, LLB is will help you build lean muscle and blast fat. However, if you only want to build muscle I will set you macros so that it reflects you goals. Also, because workouts can be changed and modified to fit specific fitness goals.
Is LLB for US resident only?
No, LLB can be done from anywhere in the world!
